Location and Job Title: Group Fitness Director The Center 1901 Ocean Pkwy Brooklyn, NY 11223 Principal Responsibilities: We are seeking a talented and vibrant Group Fitness Director to manage the day-to-day operations of in-person group fitness classes and some virtual programming. Ideal Candidate: Friendly, efficient, and growth-oriented Has a nose for hiring and managing a talented team of group fitness instructors (to include multiple class formats) Has experience working with operating budgets and overseeing a weekly group fitness schedule Proficient with social media (photo, video and simple graphic design) Ready to work with member feedback and a helpful volunteer committee Interested in ensuring the department's growth with new programs and special events A skilled communicator with natural problem-solving abilities Minimum Qualifications: Experience managing a top-tier, full-scale group fitness program, its instructors and respective classes Familiarity working within the confines of an operating budget Proficiency with social media (photo, video and simple graphic design) Ability to process member feedback and work with a helpful volunteer committee Skilled communication and the ability to problem-solve on the fly A genuine interest in ensuring the department's growth with new programs and special events Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr JCC Association of North America
