Job Title: Site Lead / Day Porter - Commercial Cleaning (Day Shift)

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Job Summary
Clean Team is hiring a dependable Site Lead / Day Porter to support daytime commercial cleaning operations in North Toledo. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in their work, stays organized, and can keep a site running smoothly throughout the day.

In this role, you'll complete your own assigned cleaning tasks while also serving as the on-site lead. You'll help keep the team on track, ensure quality standards are met, and step in wherever needed to maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment. This position is ideal for someone who likes responsibility, takes initiative, and wants to grow into a leadership role within a stable company.

Responsibilities
• Perform daily cleaning tasks including restrooms, common areas, offices, and high-traffic spaces
• Step in and cover cleaning duties when team members are absent
• Conduct final walkthroughs to ensure all areas meet company quality standards
• Maintain clean and organized janitor closets and storage areas
• Refill chemical bottles, change vacuum bags, and maintain cleaning equipment
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to the Area Manager
• Ensure restrooms and common areas remain fully stocked throughout the shift
• Secure the building at the end of the shift (lights, doors, alarms if applicable)

Qualifications
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license required
• Reliable transportation with current auto insurance
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Strong attention to detail and consistent attendance
• Comfortable leading by example and supporting team members
• Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred
