Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification

• Experience collaborating with general education teachers, support staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, individualized instruction to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Track student progress, data, and documentation as required
• Modify curriculum and lesson plans to meet individual needs
• Build positive relationships with students and families to foster a supportive learning environment
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and parent conferences
• Implement behavioral interventions and supports as needed
• Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and district special education requirements
