Key responsibilities Develop and execute account strategies aligned to your clients’ business outcomes and long‑term transformation goals. Oversee successful delivery across a global, integrated delivery model, partnering closely with project and program leadership. Serve as a senior advisor to client executives, guiding business and technology transformation initiatives, product roadmaps, and digital strategies. Shape solutions and scope, including pricing, engagement models, operating structures, and resource plans, and ensure a smooth transition from pursuit to delivery. Own revenue performance and profitability for a portfolio of manufacturing accounts, while expanding wallet share and cross‑selling end‑to‑end services. Lead sales activities across the account lifecycle, including qualification, RFP/RFI responses, proposal development, presentations, and deal closure with new and existing clients. Candidate profile Highly experienced in cultivating and growing executive-level client relationships and leading cross‑functional teams delivering complex, end‑to‑end solutions within a consulting or services environment. Demonstrated ability to champion large‑scale transformation initiatives (e.g., digital transformation, organizational change) and articulate a compelling long‑term vision for enterprise customers. Deep knowledge of the manufacturing domain, with a track record of applying modern technology solutions across areas such as supply chain, industrial automation, energy management, and related operations. Proven success managing P&L for major accounts, driving proactive pipeline growth, and orchestrating responses to RFPs and RFIs. Background in information technology and engineering services, with hands‑on experience working directly with business leaders and global, cross‑functional teams. Strong focus on strategy, consulting, and team leadership, consistently driving successful outcomes in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
