Licensed Veterinary Technician

Position Overview Four Points at Four Paws Veterinary Hospital is seeking a skilled and motivated Veterinary Technician for a full‑time position. This role focuses on surgical assistance and delivering compassionate patient care in a collaborative, positive team environment. Availability is required Monday‑Friday with rotating Saturdays. Flexible scheduling options are provided. What You’ll Do Manage surgical caseloads, including preparation, assisting, and recovery Perform anesthesia induction, monitoring, and maintenance with a strong focus on patient safety Perform dental prophylaxis and take dental radiographs Collect diagnostic samples, including cystocentesis, and perform laboratory work such as microscope evaluation Maintain accurate medical records and support efficient hospital workflow Benefits and Compensation Compensation: $22‑$24 per hour, for each hour worked* Bonus Package: Up to $2,000 CE Allowance: $500 for first year and $1,000 each subsequent year (for LVTs) Health Package: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (with HSA option) Paid time off in accordance with site policy and applicable law 401(k) Match Employee pet discounts Life Insurance and Disability coverage Employee Assistance Program Great team culture And more! *To determine specific pay, the company will consider education, training, experience, geographic location, and other relevant factors.
