The Senior Manager will join a small, collaborative group focused on the origination, execution and integration of M&A. The position offers significant exposure to senior leaders across the company as well as significant career progression potential. **What you will do:*** Drive an end-to-end M&A process including developing inorganic strategies, market scans, target valuation, due diligence, deal negotiations and integration* Manage a comprehensive due diligence process that involves close collaboration across multiple functions* Conduct in-depth quantitative financial and valuation analyses to assess M&A opportunities* Prepare written communications and presentations to key senior executives* Support deal sourcing and pipeline management**What you will need:*** 7+ years in Corporate Development, Private Equity or Investment Banking* Strong deal process management and problem solving skills* Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling, valuation (public & private), and synergy analysis* Experience in transaction document negotiation and integration a plus**What you will gain:**At Intapp, you’ll get the opportunity to bring your talents and intellectual curiosity to create better outcomes for our people and our clients.
