Qualifications/Experience Desired:

• Valid Minnesota Special Education Teacher license: Only Tier 3 or Tier 4 accepted
• Experience working in centerbased or specialized settings preferred
• Ability to manage and adapt to diverse learning needs and implement IEPs effectively
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with families, staff, and related service providers
• Professionalism, flexibility, and a commitment to supporting student success

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based instruction and interventions aligned to each student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP)
• Collaborate with general and special education staff, paraprofessionals, and administrators
• Collect and maintain accurate student progress data and documentation
• Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
• Communicate regularly with families and caregivers to support student learning and engagement
• Participate in IEP meetings, team planning, and professional development as needed

This is a contract position running from August 31, 2026 through June 10, 2027, offering a consistent 37.5 hour workweek in a reputable environment focused on student growth.
