Lead worship at weekly gatherings at least 42 times a year Build, develop, and lead the campus worship ministry Recruiting and auditioning prospective team members Prayerfully creating and executing weekly worship plans that embody Summit Worship DNA Attend and actively contribute to Campus team meetings Requirements A commitment to servant leadership (Mk. 10:45; Col. 3:23-24) A proven proficiency in basic music theory and practice vocally and instrumentally A commitment to the biblical priority of congregational singing (Eph. 5:18-19; Col. 3:16) The theological competency to choose music for congregational settings that are distinctly and clearly Christian in its lyrics Administrative proficiency A member of The Summit Church or willing and able to become a member Core Competencies Demonstrates proficiency in music theory and practice, with a strong commitment to congregational singing and the ability to select appropriate music for worship settings.
