Assistant Superintendent

Location: Midlands SC (Columbia, Camden w/some regional travel required)

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 + Bonus

Type: Full-Time

We're looking for a sharp, driven Assistant Superintendent to work directly alongside our Lead Superintendents with a clear, accelerated path to running your own job sites quickly.

What You'll Do

Site Operations: Assist with day-to-day job site management, quality control, and schedule execution.
Trade Management: Coordinate subcontractors, inspect daily work, and keep trades on schedule.
Safety First: Enforce OSHA standards, conduct site talks, and keep job sites secure and clean.
Field Admin: Keep daily logs, track material deliveries, process RFIs, and document site progress.
Inspections: Help walk municipal building, MEP, and fire inspections.

What We're Looking For

Experience: 1-3+ years in commercial construction (Field Engineer, Foreman, or Assistant Super).
Skills: Strong blueprint reading skills (Architectural, Structural, MEP) and basic site software knowledge (Procore or similar).
Certifications: OSHA 10/30 (or ability to obtain).
Location: Must live in or near the Columbia/Camden SC area. Valid driver's license required.
Mindset: Reliable self-starter with great communication skills and a desire to lead projects independently.
