Zobility is RGBSI's workforce management and staffing division. RGBSI is a multi-national corporation headquartered in Troy, MI with branches throughout the USA, Canada, Germany, and India.
- The Site Assistant supports daily office operations, customer service, and financial reporting in a fast-paced airport environment.
- This role coordinates work orders, manages records, assists with HR/payroll, and ensures compliance with company policies.
- These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive, and other duties may be assigned.
- Oversee daily office operations as directed by the Site Manager.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer service, including answering phone inquiries.
- Coordinate customer service calls with staff and track work orders in the computer system.
- Address basic HR-related inquiries and escalate concerns as needed.
- Assist with employee onboarding & orientation: support new hire paperwork, training coordination, and badging requirements.
- Review timecard hours, leave balances, and payroll for discrepancies; ensure compliance with company policies.
- Track, analyze, and report on spending and billing as directed by the Site Manager.
- Order necessary materials and supplies to maintain office operations.
- Adhere to and ensure compliance with company policies, safety programs and required training.
- Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
- Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills are essential.
- Must be eligible for airport security clearance.
