HR Generalist/Employee Relations/Payroll

Kelley | Uustal is a high-performance, highly reputable plaintiff-side catastrophic injury law firm based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. With approximately 40 employees (and growing), we are building the infrastructure to support expansion into new states while preserving the culture that defines us: accountability, compassion, and excellence.

We are hiring an execution-focused HR Generalist to work directly with our Chief of Staff.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who values structure, clarity, and thoughtful execution. Strengthen and execute HR systems that support our people, protect the firm, and reinforce operational excellence.

When matters reach the Chief of Staff, they should be organized, documented, and positioned for thoughtful decision‑making.

Over time, there is opportunity to expand into broader HR operations and talent development initiatives based on performance and trust.

Payroll & Benefits Administration

Employee Relations

Support performance review processes

3–6 years of HR experience (more senior candidates considered)

Experience coordinating payroll and benefits

Interest in growing within a structured, high‑accountability environment

Professional services or law firm experience

Structured in your approach to documentation and follow‑through

Motivated to contribute to a culture built on clarity and performance

You understand that strong HR supports both people and results, and that consistency builds trust
