Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager Location: Orange County, California (On-Site) Job Summary: We are representing a contract opportunity for a Project Manager supporting an active construction and industrial project in Orange County, California. This position plays a critical role in coordinating onsite execution, maintaining schedule and quality standards, and supporting safe delivery across a complex project environment. Responsibilities Manage project plans, milestones, deliverables, scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risk throughout the assignment. Monitor construction progress, hold regular status meetings with contractors and sub-teams, and complete periodic site inspections. Serve as the main interface with subcontractors while providing onsite leadership, guidance, and issue resolution support. Prepare and present progress reporting, executive summaries, and project updates to internal and external stakeholders. Required B.S. degree in Construction Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience managing construction projects. Experience with commercial construction means and methods, including office and industrial manufacturing projects and new construction in a complex environment. Experience in construction supervision and/or management, with industrial construction experience in manufacturing facilities, including large move and relocation of such facilities. Strong oral and written communication skills, analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Package. Must be able to work onsite daily in Orange County, CA and must be a U.S. Person due to export compliance.
