Mobile Service Technician

Mobile Service Advisor We are currently seeking a dependable and customer-focused Mobile Service Advisor to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating and managing off-site vehicle service appointments for our mobile service unit. Youll serve as the key point of contact between the customer and technician, ensuring a smooth, professional, and efficient service experience whether at the customers home, business, or fleet location. Benefits: Health, Medical and Dental 401K Plan Paid time off and vacation Growth opportunities Employee vehicle purchase plans Family owned and operated Long term job security Flexible Work Schedule Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for all mobile service customers Schedule and coordinate mobile service appointments efficiently Conduct walkarounds and vehicle intake at the customers location when necessary Communicate clearly with customers about service needs, estimates, and next steps Document customer concerns, review work orders, and obtain approvals for additional services Ensure proper follow-up after services are completed Assist with mobile service van inventory management and preparation Work closely with technicians and the fixed ops team to ensure seamless communication and workflow Promote dealership services and build lasting relationships with mobile service clients Qualifications: Previous experience as a service advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role preferred Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and accountability Familiarity with dealership DMS or CRM systems is a plus Valid drivers license and clean driving record required Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-moving environment A customer-first attitude with a passion for delivering high-quality service We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
