Dental Front Office

Seeking a Dental Insurance Coordinator to join our team!
Compensation: $22-30/hr based on experience.
Schedule: M-Th 8-5, F 8-2.
Our ideal Dental Front Desk coordinator has an understanding of dental insurance and payments.
Duties for our Dental Insurance Coordinator include :
- Verifying the patient’s health insurance benefits.
- Reviewing insurance benefits with patients.
- Posting payments, managing late payments, etc.
- Tracking non-paid insurance claims.
- Processing insurance payments and refunds.
- Entering data and generating reports
- Cross-training for front desk and clinical would be a plus
- Calling recalls list and outstanding treatment
- Confirming patient appointments
- Ability to stay busy even when the schedule is lighter
We are non-corporate and a tight knit small team. We focus on quality care, not volume.
