KRE Security, LLC is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing administrative team in Hamburg, PA.

As one of the main points of contact for our employees and supervisors, you’ll help coordinate staffing, assist with scheduling needs, and provide professional support throughout the day. Communicate professionally and positively with employees, supervisors, and management throughout the shift Handle frequent phone calls, emails, and scheduling updates while maintaining professionalism and accuracy Respond quickly and calmly to call-offs, shift changes, and urgent staffing needs Help employees resolve scheduling conflicts with a customer service-first approach Coordinate coverage for open shifts and last-minute staffing changes Maintain accurate scheduling records using company systems and databases Use Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Google Workspace to manage daily operations and communication Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable handling multiple phone calls, emails, and schedule changes throughout the shift Experience in customer service, dispatching, scheduling, call center work, administrative support, hospitality, or workforce coordination preferred Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Google applications Ability to work on-site in our Hamburg, PA office Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour Medical, dental, and vision coverage after probationary period Consistent weekend schedule with opportunities for long-term growth At KRE Security, LLC, our Scheduling Coordinators are a critical part of our daily operations and employee support team.
