Client Services Associate – ***Private Aviation Industry operations experience REQUIRED*** LOn-site position (100%); Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm in office with ability to be reached / on call after hours as needed with this 24/7 company operation nNew position based on Company growt hCompensation: competitive base salary (commensurate with experience) plus performance bonus potential and benefit Growing private jet aviation company seeks a highly organized, client-focused Client Services Associate to join the Operations team. This role serves as a critical liaison between aviation advisors, clients, operators & vendors. Client Services Associate manages trip execution from initial request through post-flight follow-up. Position requires strong operational judgment, attention to detail, the ability to perform under time-sensitive conditions in a fast-paced aviation environment, and the ability to be on-call after hours (as needed) for this 24/7 company operation. Responsibilities te: Manage client private jet/charter/etc. requests from initial inquiry through post-flight follo w-upCoordinate with operators, pilots, and third-party vendors including catering and ground transporta tionBuild & manage detailed flight itineraries, trip logistics, etc.Monitor flight schedules, weather, aircraft status, and operational changes in real timeProvide proactive, professional communication to clients before, during and after fli ghtsConduct flight following and ensure smooth execution of all t ripsEnsure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and operational stand ardsAssist with flight services including catering, transportation, and special client requ estsSupport administrative, analytical, and reporting tasks related to flight operat ionsAssist accounting with billing, invoicing, and post-trip repor Qualifications iate: REQUIRED: Minimum 4+ years’ experience in private aviation, private corporate travel, private luxury hospitality, or similar industry client facing oper ationsProven operations experience with the ability to be client-facing / personable to client base Ability to work in-office Monday through Friday (9:00am to 5:00pm) and be reached / on call after hours as needed with this 24/7 company ope rationBachelors level degree preferred but not required if industry experience is re tlook)Proficiency with scheduling systems and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce pref erred)Strong client-service mindset with a white-glove ap proachStrong operational, communication (verbal/written), organizational, time management, analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, under pressure, in a fast-paced envir #J-18808-Ljbffr
