Client Operations Associate

Seeking a Client Operations Associate for a growing team in South Florida. This role supports the day-to-day servicing of client accounts and operational functions within a financial services firm. The position provides exposure to both client-facing support and back-office operations, offering a strong foundation in financial services. Your role: Provide administrative and operational support for client accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely processing Assist with account opening, maintenance, and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements Process transactions including wires, transfers, trade settlements, and account updates Respond to client inquiries and service requests, escalating complex issues as needed Maintain and update client records, ensuring data integrity across systems Coordinate with internal teams such as trading, compliance, and portfolio management to resolve operational issues Assist in preparing client reports, statements, and performance summaries Ensure adherence to firm policies, procedures, and regulatory standards Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred). Previous experience in financial services, operations, or client support role Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
