SR HR Manager

REMOTE ON THE EAST COAST

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage overall HR processes metrics and policies
  • Manage and resolve employee issues
  • Extensive knowledge of legal requirements related to HR and employee management
  • Provide counseling coaching career development and any disciplinary actions
  • Position has responsibilities at multiple locations and states in the East Coast area
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelors degree in HR or related field with SHRM or PHR preferred
  • 5 years experience in an HRBP or similar role in a large manufacturing/distribution facility (preferred but not required)
  • Extensive HR regulations and law knowledge
  • Office Proficiency
  • HRIS knowledge
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel 25% of time
**Bilingual Mandarin Chinese preferred but not required
