Work Environment

This position requires an onsite presence as our Physical Therapists operate within the home care setting, directly engaging with patients in their own environments. Your schedule will primarily fall between Monday and Friday, allowing you to choose flexible hours that promote work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in their homes, assessing their physical capabilities and identifying specific needs during their recovery journey.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments, applying evidence-based methods that may include therapeutic exercises, stretching, hands-on techniques, and appropriate use of rehabilitation equipment.
• Track patient progress meticulously, documenting responses to treatment modalities, and making necessary adjustments to therapy plans to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques, assistive devices, and self-care strategies to empower them in their rehabilitation process.
• Maintain a proactive approach to professional development by engaging in educational workshops and collaboration with other health professionals to stay current with best practices in physical therapy.
• Provide ongoing reviews of therapeutic goals, adapting treatment strategies as patients progress in their rehabilitation journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient demographic, including children and adults across various diagnoses and physical challenges. Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required, providing the foundational knowledge for patient assessment and treatment.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting is preferred, but we are also willing to consider passionate new graduates under our mentorship program.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
