Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' medical histories, physical conditions, and functional limitations.
• Create individualized treatment plans that reflect each patient's specific needs, goals, and lifestyle preferences.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic exercises and activities designed to enhance mobility, strength, and range of motion.
• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques, including trigger point therapy and dry needling, to manage pain and encourage healing.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and body mechanics to be practiced at home, promoting independence in their rehabilitation journey.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress, ensuring treatment plans remain dynamic and responsive to each individual's recovery.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and referral sources to expand our practitioner network and enhance patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records that comply with industry regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required.

• Experience providing patient care across a diverse age range, from young athletes to senior adults.

Compensation and Benefits
