Permanency Advocate: Foster Care Case Planner
Jewish Child Care Association (JCCA)
The Jewish Child Care Association (JCCA) is seeking a Foster Care Case Planner to help children navigate challenges and achieve permanency through reunification or adoption. The role includes developing individualized permanency plans, advocating for children's well-being, and providing crisis support. A Master's degree in Social Work or a related field is required, along with strong assessment and case management skills. Experience in foster care or related fields is highly preferred.
