UI/UX Designer

Designer Ui Ux Location: Rio Cuarto Job Type: Full-Time We're looking for a passionate and creative UI/UX Designer to join us in-house. You will be responsible for enhancing our existing mobile and web applications, designing new products from scratch, and collaborating closely with our engineering team to bring innovative solutions to life. Additionally, you will engage directly with clients to understand their needs, provide design solutions, and ensure their projects are delivered with outstanding user experiences. Key Aspects Of The Role Sole Designer: Take ownership of the design process across multiple projects, acting as the primary design resource within Plum. Product Development: Work alongside Plum engineers to create products from the ground up, ensuring seamless integration of design and functionality. Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to understand their requirements, offer design solutions, and maintain strong client relationships in English. Continuous Improvement: Enhance existing mobile and web applications by refining user interfaces and optimizing user experiences. Vision and Strategy: Contribute to the product vision, helping to shape the direction of Plum’s offerings and ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals. English What You Bring Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Experience with creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Ability to conduct and analyze user research and usability testing. Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail. Proven 2+ years of experience as designer. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
