We are intentional about who joins our team. Skill can be taught. Character and mindset cannot. About the Role This is not a traditional dental assisting position. We are seeking an elite dental assistant to work directly alongside the Owner, Founder, and CEO of the practice. In this role, your preparation, precision, and professionalism will directly shape the patient experience and the reputation of the practice. You will function as a true clinical partner — not simply support staff. What You'll Bring Clinically: Solid experience in restorative, aesthetic/cosmetic, and/or implant dentistry Proficiency in digital radiography and CBCT imaging Strong grasp of dental materials, clinical workflows, and treatment sequencing High-standard clinical photography skills Comfort with practice management software and modern dental technology Interest in contributing thoughtfully to treatment planning discussions As a professional: Exceptional reliability and punctuality The ability to anticipate needs and prepare ahead without being asked Calm, focused presence under pressure High emotional intelligence and self-awareness A genuine respect for structure, standards, and strong leadership Elite personal accountability — you take ownership and follow through Who Thrives Here You are the kind of professional who maintains high standards even when no one is watching.
