This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client's time zone.
Our client is a growing trade show exhibit and display company specializing in turnkey rentals, custom exhibits, and e-commerce display solutions for brands across the United States. They help businesses stand out at events through strong design, seamless execution, and reliable operational support. As the business continues to grow, they are investing in scalable systems, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making to support long-term success. They are seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Specialist to optimize processes, improve visibility across the business, and serve as a key operational partner to leadership.
The Revenue Operations Specialist will take ownership of the systems, processes, and workflows that support sales, marketing, and operational efficiency across the business. The Revenue Operations Specialist will work closely with leadership to optimize HubSpot, improve lead management and sales processes, develop reporting and operational workflows, and support ongoing marketing and business initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, analytical, proactive, and capable of balancing both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. The Revenue Operations Specialist will play a critical role in building structure, identifying inefficiencies, creating scalable processes, and supporting continued business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage HubSpot CRM, including pipelines, lifecycle stages, workflows, automations, and reporting.
- Maintain clean, accurate CRM data and establish processes that improve long-term data integrity.
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking lead flow, conversion rates, pipeline performance, and sales activity.
- Analyze sales and operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Recommend and implement process improvements that increase efficiency across the business.
- Improve lead management workflows from initial inquiry through proposal and closed business.
- Develop and maintain sales process documentation, SOPs, and internal playbooks.
- Support proposal, quote, and sales administration processes.
- Manage trade show lead imports, lead routing, and follow-up systems.
- Help leadership create scalable systems that support continued business growth.
- Coordinate inbound lead flow between marketing and sales.
- Monitor lead attribution, lead quality, and campaign performance metrics.
- Assist with website, Shopify, and digital marketing operational initiatives.
- Support AI-assisted content, marketing, and workflow automation projects.
- Ensure marketing efforts are properly tracked and integrated within HubSpot.
- Own operational projects from planning through execution.
- Coordinate initiatives involving vendors, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Build and improve systems for project tracking, accountability, and communication.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows.
- Serve as a trusted operational resource and strategic partner to leadership.
Qualifications Experience
- 4-7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Marketing Operations, or similar operational roles.
- Strong experience working inside HubSpot CRM.
- Experience building workflows, automations, reporting dashboards, and operational processes.
- Experience supporting both sales and marketing functions is strongly preferred.
- Experience working within growing entrepreneurial or small business environments is highly preferred.
