Senior Business System Analyst - Enterprise Merchandise & Supply Chain

Role & Purpose J.Crew is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst – Enterprise Merchandising & Supply Chain Systems to support and enhance the business processes and system capabilities that support MP&A, Supply Chain, Sourcing, and ERP Technology. This role will partner closely with MP&A Applications leadership, engineering teams, functional resources, QA, and business stakeholders to improve cross-functional processes, translate business needs into scalable technology solutions, and strengthen alignment across integrated product and enterprise systems. In addition to traditional business systems analysis responsibilities, this role will help identify and support AI and automation opportunities that improve operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance decision-making across enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, analytically driven, and comfortable operating at the intersection of business processes, technology platforms, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Analyze and document end-to-end business processes across product and enterprise platforms including Zebra Lifecycle Pricing, o9 Solutions, Blue Yonder Allocation, and integration with product and enterprise applications, FlexPLM, Supply Chain applications and ERP (SAP). Develop process flows, business requirements documents, functional specifications, and data flow documentation. Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering and technical teams. Partner with stakeholders and development teams to ensure solutions align with business goals and operational needs. Support testing and validation activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Document system interactions, integrations, and upstream/downstream process impacts. Assist with troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and light data analysis to support issue resolution. Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation and AI-enabled capabilities. Collaborate with business leaders, technical teams, and vendors to drive alignment and continuous improvement. Support initiatives related to MP&A application modernization, process optimization, and enterprise system evolution. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Senior Business Systems Analysis or related enterprise systems roles. This role is expected to be on-site 3 days a week Strong experience documenting business processes and translating requirements into scalable solutions. Experience working across multiple integrated enterprise platforms. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams. Familiarity with Jira or similar work management tools. Basic SQL or data analysis experience preferred. Exposure to AI, automation, or process optimization initiatives is a plus. Retail or consumer industry experience preferred.
