About the Role The Company seeks a Fractional VP of Sales to strategically evaluate and grow its cardiothoracic business unit. The successful candidate will assess the current sales organization, commercial strategy, and distributor relationships, then develop a comprehensive growth strategy and commercial roadmap through 2027. This role involves coaching and leading a team of sales professionals and marketing support staff, improving forecasting, pipeline management, and sales accountability. Present recommendations and strategic initiatives to executive leadership. Drive focused, profitable growth and challenge assumptions to solve complex commercial challenges. Qualifications Extensive medical device commercial leadership experience, ideally in cardiothoracic or cardiovascular devices. Background in sales leadership, team development, and distribution channel management. Experience in strategic planning and business growth within small-to-mid-sized commercial organizations. Senior commercial executive experience (VP of Sales, CRO, General Manager, President, etc.). Strong ability to coach teams and build sustainable growth strategies.
