Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health - $75K-100K per year

Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health position in East Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Full-Time Weekend Position This role is an ongoing staff employment, requires 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts . In This Role, You Will: Deliver safe, accurate, patient-centered care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Clearly educate and empower patients and families to build confidence in care plans and support positive outcomes. Use your strengths to solve challenges while ensuring thorough and compliant documentation. Qualifications: Active RN license in the state where you work with at least one year of clinical experience delivering quality care. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to patient locations (~20% of the day). Strong time management, tech proficiency (EMR, mobile devices), and commitment to timely charting.
