1st Shift Warehouse Document Handler

Location : Freehold, NJ 07728 

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM 

Pay rate : $20.90

Duties:

1. Process incoming orders by scanning carton barcodes and locations using the Safekeeper system

2. Pull, scan, retrieve, and return physical records or storage boxes to shelves

3. Shred confidential and outdated documents per company protocols

4. Use ladders to access and organize inventory in high storage locations

5. Disassemble, sort, weigh, and prepare materials for storage or destruction

6. Maintain clean, organized, and secure work areas

7. Safely operate warehouse tools and equipment

8. Ensure compliance with all operational safety and confidentiality guidelines

Requirements:

1. Ability to read labels and follow detailed written/verbal instructions in English

2. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

3. Comfortable with repetitive tasks and prolonged standing or motion

4. Basic knowledge of warehouse tools, computers, and internet use

5. Physically demanding role – must remain active throughout the shift
6. Lift up to 75 lbs regularly
7. Comfortable using a manual pallet jack and operating various warehouse equipment
8. Ability to stoop, kneel, climb ladders, crouch, push, pull, and stand for extended periods
9. Dress code: Steel-toe boots, jeans, and warehouse-appropriate attire
