Business Development Representative - Construction Robotics

Location: Hybrid (Northern VA / DC / MD) | Territory: Mid-Atlantic | Travel: ~30-50%
Compensation: $60,000 base + uncapped commission | OTE: $125+
Reports to: Director of Sales

Own a high-impact territory selling HP SitePrint-robotic layout that cuts labor, compresses schedules, and reduces rework for self-performing GCs and AEC teams. You'll build pipeline from the ground up, run ROI-driven deals, and close multi-stakeholder cycles.

What You'll Do

Hit and exceed quarterly/annual revenue targets; manage full funnel in CRM (D365).
Prospect and develop new business across DC/MD/VA/PA/NJ/DE.
Lead discovery tied to labor reduction, schedule compression, and accuracy.
Deliver persuasive demos (Teams + jobsite) and build compelling business cases.
Partner with leadership on strategy, pricing, and enterprise proposals.
