Who We're Looking For:

We are seeking a motivated Senior Marketing Coordinator to lead proposal and pursuit efforts across the company. The right hard-working Senior Marketing Coordinator will oversee the development of RFQs, RFPs, interview presentations, and award submissions while supporting strategic marketing initiatives and mentoring junior marketing staff. The ideal candidate has strong proposal leadership experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority pursuits simultaneously. Our new Senior Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Marketing Director, operations teams, and company leadership to support business development efforts and help position the company for continued growth and success.

What You'll Do:

Our new Senior Marketing Coordinator will lead the planning, coordination, writing, editing, and production of proposals, presentations, and award submissions throughout the DMV region. Senior Marketing Coordinators manage pursuit schedules and deadlines, coordinate directly with project teams and leadership, and help develop strategic messaging tailored to clients and project opportunities. This role oversees the quality and consistency of marketing materials, supports interview preparation efforts, assists with branding and website content oversight, and mentors Marketing Coordinators and support staff throughout the pursuit process. Senior Marketing Coordinators also help strengthen relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and industry partners while contributing to the company's overall marketing strategy and business development initiatives.

What You Bring to The Table:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred. Applicable experience may be substituted for degree requirement.
• 4+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the AEC industry.
• Strong experience leading RFQ/RFP and proposal pursuits.
• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office, InDesign, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and high-profile pursuits simultaneously.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and work collaboratively with operations and executive leadership.
• Strong understanding of branding, proposal strategy, and business development processes.
• Some travel may be required depending on business needs

What We Offer:

• Salary Range: $80,000 -95,000 commensurate with experience
