BMC Remedy / Helix Service Desk Professional, Washington, DC

We are looking for a qualified candidate to work as a full-time BMC Remedy/Helix Service Desk Professional with experience for a Government client in Washington, DC. Must be a BMC Certified Professional or have an ITIL 4 Managing Professional certification. Candidates need to have a Public Trust Clearance.

BMC Remedy / Helix Service Desk Professional Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience administering, maintaining, and developing BMC Helix IT Service Management Software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related fields.
  • Candidates must have either an ITIL 4 Managing Professional certification or a BMC Certified Professional certification.
  • ITSM experience is a plus.
