What you'll be doing day-to-day:

• Setting positional assignments and managing shift flow from open to close
• Coaching in real time setting expectations, correcting quickly, and building confidence on the floor
• Running kitchen, drive-thru, and dining room operations with speed and accuracy during peak volume
• Catching guest recovery opportunities before they escalate
• Communicating clearly with managers about staffing, issues, and shift priorities
• Supporting training and onboarding reinforcing the basics for new team members consistently
• Maintaining food-safe standards throughout your shift: temperatures, handling, labeling
• Completing shift documentation, waste logs, and handoff notes (including immediate performance feedback)

• Reliable availability including weekends and peak meal periods
• At least 6 months of experience in a team environment where others counted on you to show up and deliver
• Strong verbal communication you direct others with clarity, not volume
• Ability to stand, move, and work in a fast-paced environment for extended periods
