Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay Rate: $63.83
- Pay package discussed upon application

What You'll Do:
- Provide specialized care for critically ill patients in a high-acuity setting
- Monitor and assess patient status frequently (Q1H or more)
- Administer medications and interventions per physician orders
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Respond promptly to emergencies and contribute to patient safety
- Document patient care activities accurately
- Support patients and their families through education and comfort measures
What You Need:
Required:
- Valid Massachusetts RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years ICU / CCU experience
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience in trauma, surgical, OB, neuro, cardiac, or acutely unstable care settings
About the Assignment:
Join a dedicated team caring for a diverse mix of critically ill patients, including trauma, surgical, OB, neuro, and cardiac cases. The unit focuses on patients requiring intensive monitoring and intervention, ensuring a dynamic and rewarding environment for experienced Critical Care RNs.
