The facility provides residential and community-based support for adults with behavioral health needs and/or intellectual and developmental disabilities. It operates as a community behavioral health and service setting rather than a hospital or large medical center. Clinical support is available through an Executive Director and Psychiatrist.

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide individual, family, and group therapy to adults experiencing psychiatric symptoms on a full-time day shift schedule totaling 40 hours per week. The clinician will conduct intakes and assessments, including biopsychosocial and risk assessments, and will develop treatment and recovery plans in collaboration with clients while monitoring progress. Responsibilities also include crisis intervention and outreach, referrals and care coordination with psychiatrists, medical providers, community resources, and family members, as well as documentation of progress notes, treatment-plan updates, collateral contacts, and discharge summaries. Evidence-based approaches are utilized, including Prolonged Exposure, Cognitive Enhancement Therapy, and Illness Management and Recovery.
