CONTRACT ANALYST

ANALYST II - PARK OPERATIONS / CONTRACTS UNIT / HEADQUARTERS

The reporting location for this position is 2241 Harvard Street, 2 nd Floor in Sacramento, CA. This position will work under the direction of the Supervisor I.

ANALYST I will also be considered for recruitment purposes.

The incumbent will be responsible for processing contracts including preparation of solicitation packages, conducting bid openings, evaluating bid documents, preparing contract documents for successful bidders, and processing contract documents necessary for approval. The incumbent must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills, be able to work under short deadlines, and should be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook programs.

Training and Development Assignments may be considered.

This position is designated as telework eligible-remote centered.
