What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Neonatologists to deliver exceptional neonatal care across four Level II NICUs
• Provide direct care for neonates and newborns in various facilities
• Participate in on-call duties from home during off-shifts
• Assist with newborn nursery coverage and procedural support
• Monitor patient progress and document care activities
• Support families with compassionate communication and education
• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and standards

What You Need

• Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Oklahoma
• Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification (or pending)
• Ability to work in multiple NICU settings
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Residency within the immediate Oklahoma City area (relocation may be required)

• Prior experience in NICU or neonatal settings
• Certification in NRP or equivalent
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
