Duration: 12 months contract (possibility of an extension)

Responsibilities:

• Lead or participate in technology initiatives for simple to moderately complex business problems.
• Contribute to the development of systems and procedures that are cost-effective and meet business requirements.
• Evaluate moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges to resolve complex problems.
• Partner with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions.
• Act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiency.
• Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to evaluate and resolve issues.
• Manage project schedules and deliverables.
• Coordinate communication and information flow between business and technology teams.

• 4+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
• 3+ years of SQL programming experience, specifically with Teradata.
• Strong business technology analysis experience in developing technical requirements.
• Experience working with JIRA to create stories, features, and epics.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.

• Corporate Risk experience.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements, including the USA PATRIOT Act and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements.
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint site design and administration functions.
• Strong project management and product ownership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Understanding of the banking industry and products (DDA, brokerage, ACH, wires, etc.).
• Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
• Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) certification is a plus.

Pay Range: $43.00 - $48.00/hr on W2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
