Operations Support Specialist

Supporting the daily operational needs of the organization, the full-time remote Operations Support Specialist will maintain and improve the SharePoint Knowledge Base, assist with reporting and dashboard initiatives, and contribute to business analysis activities. Key responsibilities Maintain and update SharePoint Knowledge Base articles and operational documentation while ensuring accuracy and alignment with company standards Assist in developing and maintaining dashboards and reports, utilizing tools such as Sigma, SQL, and Power BI for operational metrics Support cross-functional initiatives and process improvements by providing administrative assistance and developing user-friendly guides and training materials Required qualifications Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft 365 applications Familiarity with dashboarding and reporting platforms such as Power BI or similar tools Basic knowledge of SQL and data analysis concepts Strong organizational skills with experience in maintaining documentation or digital content libraries Ability to create visual aids such as diagrams and workflows for process documentation
