Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Cleveland, OH

We’re seeking a strategic and operationally focused CFO to help lead the next phase of growth at a growing professional services firm. This opportunity is ideal for a finance leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings experience in financial strategy, operational leadership, and M&A activity.

The CFO will work closely with executive leadership to oversee financial operations, improve scalability, support acquisition efforts, and help guide long-term business strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead overall financial strategy and operational planning
Oversee forecasting, reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management
Partner with leadership on growth initiatives and business decisions
Support M&A activity, including diligence and post-acquisition integration
Develop financial processes and infrastructure to support scalability
Lead and mentor finance and accounting teams

What We're Looking For

10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
CPA strongly preferred
Experience with mergers & acquisitions, diligence, and integration
Strong background in financial reporting, forecasting, and analytics
Proven leadership experience within professional services or public accounting environments
Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on when needed
