Therapist - PHP/IOP

Therapist – Behavioral Health New Employee Retention Bonus: $2,000.00 available for in‑training licensure and $4,000.00 for fully licensed employees. (New employee defined as someone employed less than six months with Rogers). Schedule: Full time, 40hours per week, Monday‑Friday (no weekends, holidays or on‑call). Responsibilities Lead interdisciplinary collaboration to develop, coordinate, and facilitate direct social services interventions for assigned caseload and their support systems. Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions using empirically supported techniques such as CBT, DBT, or family therapy to stabilize and support recovery. Assess patient needs through comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans with guidance for implementation of clinical interventions. Provide counseling, support, and evidence‑based techniques to help patients manage symptoms, improve well‑being, and apply strategies within sessions and as needed in the milieu. Educate patients about mental health, substance use conditions, self‑care strategies, and treatment options; review costs, benefits, and aftercare plans. Document patient progress, goals, and interventions, completing all required documentation within prescribed time frames. Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, case managers, and other treatment team members to coordinate care and ensure optimal outcomes. Adhere to ethical guidelines, maintain confidentiality, and report suspected abuse or neglect according to state law and system policy. Demonstrate a professional, interdisciplinary approach; communicate assertively, receive feedback, and support staffing/scheduling changes as needed. Participate in clinical initiatives, projects, and activities for continuous improvement and system‑wide support. Understand and comply with Joint Commission, state, and other regulatory agency regulations; maintain patient and facility safety. Qualifications Master’s degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, or Family Therapy from an accredited institution, with preference for health‑care or psychiatric experience. Minimum of an in‑training Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC‑IT), Marriage and Family Therapist Training License (MFT‑TL), or Advance Practice Social Work (APSW) credential. For substance‑use programs: SAC‑IT or SAC with state‑specific authorization; or CSAC required in Wisconsin. Current knowledge of therapeutic interventions for all age groups and therapeutic relationship dynamics. Compliance with residential care training (RCC/CBRF) required for residential inpatient programs and preferred for all levels of care. American Heart Association CPR certification within 30days of hire, with bi‑annual recertification. Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) training within 60days of hire, with annual recertification. Ongoing in‑services as mandated; responsible for all license, program, and regulatory educational requirements. Valid driver’s license preferred for residential programs.
