Texas Quality Plumbing is calling all customer service professionals who are interested in a full-time Customer Service Representative job in the Houston, TX area to apply to join our amazing office team!

Our Customer Service Representative works Monday-Friday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm and Saturday 7:30 am - 3:00 pm and earns competitive pay, based on experience. As a Customer Service Representative for us, you are the voice of our company! You get to provide superb customer service to our clients and help keep our office running smoothly. You must have a positive, friendly disposition that comes through in all your interactions by phone and in person. Your primary responsibilities will be to answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments, enter purchase orders, and dispatch plumbers. There will always be a variety of office tasks that you can help with, including keeping the office clean and organized. If you can do those things and meet the following requirements, we would be happy to have you as part of our team!
