Job Details

Handle appellate strategy and briefing in major commercial and IP-related matters

Draft persuasive appellate briefs, dispositive motions, and trial support memoranda

Advise trial teams on issue preservation, jury instructions, and post-trial motions

Conduct deep legal research and craft clear, strategic written advocacy

Work directly with partners and clients on complex, high-value appeals

Ideal candidates have:

2-5 years of litigation experience (complex commercial, appellate, or IP focus)

A federal appellate or district court clerkship - or a state supreme court clerkship

Demonstrated writing excellence and analytical depth

Comfort working with high-tech subject matter (engineering or patent background not required)
