Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to determine tailored treatment plans for each client.
• Deliver a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, catering to individuals, couples, families, and groups, within the framework of a solution-focused approach.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and personalized treatment strategies based on clients’ needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure a holistic, integrated approach to client care.
• Maintain accurate clinical records, adhering to all ethical standards and legal requirements to ensure client confidentiality and care quality.
• Stay updated on current research and advancements in mental health by attending workshops and participating in ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is highly competitive, falling between USD 300,000 and 400,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
