Work Environment\n

This role is designed for a full-time licensed mental health therapist who will operate primarily in a remote capacity, enabling a flexible work-life balance while offering outpatient mental health services. The regular work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to meet the scheduling needs of clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Possess a current and valid license in the state of Texas as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
