Job Description The Event Specialist will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of professional events, workshops, training sessions, and networking opportunities. Responsibilities Coordinate and execute events from planning through completion. Manage event logistics, scheduling, venue coordination, and vendor communications. Assist in developing event timelines, budgets, and operational plans. Ensure all event materials, equipment, and resources are prepared and organized. Collaborate with internal teams to support event objectives and attendee engagement. Monitor event activities to ensure smooth execution and address any issues promptly. Maintain accurate event records, reports, and documentation. Support post-event evaluations and identify opportunities for improvement.
