We're hiring a compassionate and experienced Home Health Aide (HHA) who's ready to make a difference while growing professionally.

Flexible Schedule: Between 7AM–11PM (Primarily Monday–Friday + occasional weekends)

What You'll Do

Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) (bathing, dressing, grooming)
Provide compassionate care for dementia patients
Perform light housekeeping & maintain a safe environment
Run errands and accompany clients to appointments
Offer companionship and emotional support
Monitor and report changes in condition
Follow care plans and collaborate with the care team
Stay ready: uniform, transportation, and communication at all times

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED
At least 1 year of caregiving experience (home care, private duty, hospice, or facility)
HHA/CNA training preferred
CPR certification & TB test (or chest X-ray)
Valid driver's license & auto insurance
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility
Strong communication skills and reliability
Up-to-date vaccinations (COVID-19, Flu, Hep B)
