Growing together./ppAs the Home and Community Based Services Aide, you will provide support, assistance with personal hygiene and household functions for an individual to be able to remain in their own home./ppPrimary Responsibilities:/pulliProvide personal care and assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and medication reminders/liliSupport household tasks, meal preparation, and accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed/liliMonitor and document client condition, vital signs, and incidents; maintain confidentiality and use EVV system/liliEnsure a safe environment, operate medical equipment properly, and respond promptly to client needs/li/ulpRequired Qualifications:/pulliCurrent drivers license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation or access to public transit/li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/pulli6 months+ of home care experience/liliCurrent CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire/liliAbility to work flexible hours/li/ulpPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $14.00 to $25.05 per hour based on full-time employment.
