Requirements:

This position is for an EPIC conversion. Candidates must have EPIC and Cerner experience within the last 5 years and have worked as an employee of an organization / successfully completed a contract.

Day Shift 5 x 8s

Auto Offer, EPIC Backfill. Must have current Epic experience.

Education and Work Experience:

• Associate Degree(A.S.) or equivalent: Required
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing: Preferred
• One year previous full time experience in the operating room: Required

Licenses/Certifications:

• Current RN license in state of practice: Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS)?certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)?certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Preferred
• Certified Nurse, Operating Room (CNOR): Preferred
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice: Required

Facility Specific License/Certifications:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required

Travel rate: 
TOTAL TAXABLE: $1,507.20 

TOTAL NONTAXABLE $1,743.00 

TOTAL GROSS: $3,250.20
