Member Service Representative & Operation Specialist

Part-Time to Start | Potential for Full-Time Everett, WA | $20-$24/hour DOE About the Position Community Healthcare Federal Credit Union is looking for a reliable, organized, efficient, and motivated individual to join our small team in Everett. This position will initially focus on teller and member service responsibilities , with the opportunity to quickly expand into administrative, marketing, lending support, and credit union operations . We are looking for someone who enjoys variety, learns quickly, can manage multiple priorities, and takes ownership of their work. Because we are a small team, reliability, dependability, and teamwork are essential. Responsibilities Provide friendly and professional service to members in person, by phone, and by email. Process routine teller transactions and maintain an accurate cash drawer. Assist with new memberships, account maintenance, and member questions. Learn and explain credit union products and services. Assist with marketing campaigns, member communications, promotions, and social media. Help develop and maintain marketing calendars and support events such as Credit Union Month, Youth Month, and our Annual Meeting. Assist with administrative projects, filing, reports, spreadsheets, and document organization. Assist with loan file organization, reviews, and documentation. Help coordinate meetings, scheduling, and other administrative needs. As the role develops, assist with Board meeting preparation, policy tracking, and meeting logistics. Assist with new process implementation and other operational projects. Perform other duties as needed to support the credit union and our members. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Strong customer service and communication skills Basic computer skills Previous banking, credit union, teller, administrative, or marketing experience is preferred but not required We are willing to train the right person Schedule & Compensation Part-time to start: Approximately 20-25 hours per week, with the potential for full-time employment as the role develops and based on the needs of the credit union. $20-$24 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications.
