Our client is hiring a CNC Machine Shop Manager to lead daily operations in a precision manufacturing environment. This role focuses on driving productivity, quality, and continuous improvement while leading a team of operators and engineers. Pay range $90K to $110K per year.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee daily machine shop operations to meet production and quality goals
- Lead and develop a team of 30
- Optimize performance across multi-axis CNC milling, turning, and grinding
- Improve workflows, tooling, and setup to reduce downtime
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (CAD/CAM, probing, etc.)
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teamsManage inventory and ensure smooth production flow
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and safety standards
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or equivalent experience
- Leadership experience
- Strong CNC machining knowledge
- Experience with ERP systems and CAD/CAM tools
